Don’t understand why the City doesn’t require that.

Regarding The Marlay, I’m talking about the area behind the tables on the grass (Farmburger side). I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to park in a front yard in both residential and commercial areas.

It’s sort of hard to tell where one ends and the other begins.

As for Marlay patrons parking in the yard of the lot next door – it’s the same lot, owned by the same person, so I’m not sure there’s any situation to ignore.

Have always been curious as to why Decatur Public Safety ignores the situation (as well as the illegal parking in the commercial block of Fairview). But they also seem to give a pass to The Marlay patrons who park in the yard of the lot next door and to the Dancing Goats patrons who park beside the building housing that business. Though unmarked, those areas appear to be a fire lanes.
