Rent is cheaper and I got more square feet. And I personally do not like the tudor look myself but those buildings are just going to be a side note once the soon to be empty 14 acres are developed. Avondale has a ton of potential. Plus I believe their kids are now going to be going to Druid Hills middle & high schools and their lake was just landscaped with a gravel walking trail.
