		<description><![CDATA[Pretty much what I guessed. A lot of black families got blown out of their homes from 2007-2010. A lot of neighborhoods were left nearly empty. And young white yuppies usually don&#039;t have kids yet, thus household sizes are smaller. 

I still think there&#039;s opportunity in all that empty land, though. If the city can move on the Westside park, the neighborhood around Atlantic Station could easily slop west and south around it, changing the city&#039;s demographics radically.]]></description>
