All players must pay fees during the evening hours to offset the cost of lighting the courts during those hours. The Scott Park tennis courts will also be closed for use beginning sometime in May. The recreation center and the firestation will be undergoing major renovations which puts the tennis courts in the middle of a construction zone. The tennis courts will also be renovated once the renovations to the recreation center and the firestation have been completed.

Decatur Residents may call the tennis center at 404-377-7231 and you will be provided with a code to allow you free access to the Scott Park tennis courts.

I’d be happy to introduce you to some 4.5 level players. You could also come to Sunday Morning drills at 9:30am. A large percentage of the players that frequent the Sunday morning drills are 4.0 level and above.

But it sounds like you had to get the key from Glenlake (from above comment).

(This probably explains why I’ve never seen it used by just casual players. I’ve only seen what appear to be league meets or matches from what I assume are ATLA groups at certain times of the year).
