I am pretty certain that Pure Knead will not (ever) be offering gluten-filled bread, as that would be contrary to their mission, which is to guarantee completely uncontaminated, worry-free options for people with many of the common food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, or shell fish). I am excited to have a place to go get decent food I can offer to my celiac friends so I can have them over to my house more often!

My wife picks up baguettes from mercantile on her way home. Love them. Don’t know where they get them from though.

With all respect to our gluten-free brethren, please tell me this place makes gluten-filled bread, as well. Our side of town has a paucity of bakeries, and the DFM bread, while tasty, isn’t what I’m looking for in a baguette.
