		<description><![CDATA[Red Cross teaches several levels of First Aid, although I think all of them include Adult CPR.  I just finished a three-day Wilderness First Aid/CPR course offered through the Scouts but taught by a Red Cross staffer.  Very well done, and I&#039;m pretty sure they offer it to the general public.  Contact the Red Cross over on Monroe Drive.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the recommendations and info!  I&#039;ve been doing Pilates and stretching for a while and it really does help.  Unfortunately, I think I am getting to the limits of the self-help options and it may be time to see what&#039;s really going on in there.]]></description>
