It's cozy, the staffers are friendly, and I nearly always run into neighbors. Better still, it's not a den of exotic temptations that leaves me wondering how I managed to spend $50 rather than $15. For small, basic food runs, it hits the spot.Let me add a note for tonight's shoppers ... The Chili Monster has been on a rampage through the shelves at Publix. Aisles busy, but well stocked and short check out lines- plus very friendly high schoolers at the register/bagging. If anyone still needs to go to the store, Little Kroger is serving us all well right now.
