I looked out the window yesterday when the snow still wasn’t accumulating on the warmer ground. To my surprise, my daughter was already rolling on our lawn a huge snowball, 2 feet in diameter, to make a snowman. When I asked her later how she did it, she explained that she took snow off the top of cars parked along the road, then rolled the snow on the lawn into a ball.

One of the best investments I’ve ever made is snowpants of various sizes as my eldest grows. They are only worn two to three times a year but they have resulted in hours and hours of fun.
