I attended and recommended they make environmental and green issues more prevelant in the "principals" and "goals" of the City. By green I mean stewardship of our creeks, soil, and trees and the eco system is general. I was very unimpressed by the examples they gave us to review, they very uninspired and basically were choices between more density or less density and how much parking to provide. What sort of vision is that?? By the way, I strongly feel by greening our development we will provide more tax revenue by being a leader in an area that will only become more prevelant in the over the next 20 years. GET WITH IT DECATUR!
