They provide all the same services as a traditional bank: commerical accounts, domestic and foreign wire services, higher paying money markets, etc. Also, with membership, you receive perks like access to free financial planning. I encourage everyone to check them out and compare their services to your bank – even if you think you are satisfied with your bank. Most importantly, they, like most credit unions, have impeccable customer service. Also, they participate in shared branching, which means that you can receive service at many many other credit unions around town if their is another CU’s branch near your work, or out of town, etc and you can use your debit card at any ATM. Check them out and welcome them to Decatur!
