There is a great little Greek spot right behind Parkers on Ponce.. its called Andryannis Greek Bistro..the food is soo awesome and fresh and excellent health score too.. you just gotta follow the signs they have up on the sidewalk but its worth the search..

My guess is that they don’t have a sufficiently large grease trap. Those requirements have changed since the Atl. Bread Company opened. If you look on the Commerce St. sidewalk besides Ted’s you can see how many manhole covers they have.

That’s no good. I wonder if it was something that previous tenants ignored/didn’t know about or something the city/county was going to do and just got around to it?

How could the other places have stayed there with no one noticing all the problems? That space was empty for a bit. Maybe a better time to address them would have been? Perhaps they didn’t know.
