While his bad judgment as a man gets him in trouble with his wife, family and friends, it was breaking a workplace policy and bad judgment in his position as COO that got him fired.

I’m not sure how relevant his affair is/was to his job, I’m just sayin’ his “offense” does not seem that uncommon to me.
