Appears that this slug of ARRA money has taken the summer off. I’m sure there is a good reason that nothing is happening (delayed parts, equipment, crews busy on other projects…) but the side walk closed sign presents a problem. Has anyone tried to actually cross at that location? Good luck!

Candler Road (no “South”) is the part in DeKalb County – note that the house numbers start over at the City limits.
