What happens if there aren’t enough sponsors? All of the other city festivals, events and concerts are done with the DBA, festival organization, etc. You don’t see the city pushing so blatantly hard for sponsorship dough. Usually, sponsors are recruited a few months out, not two weeks out. Which budget takes the hit if the sponsors aren’t found?
