		<description><![CDATA[I know nothing about the situation but have to wonder if it&#039;s just cheaper to donate to the Tree Bank than make the effort to save viable trees.   Can&#039;t imagine anyone wanting to live in a new development without any Mother Nature around.]]></description>

That is probably naive since the City Arborist had to have talked to them and the choice was still to tree bank instead of preserving existing trees.]]></description>
