I knew there was a slight chance of snow. But when i got up this morning, I never thought weather would be a reason. If the program wants to cancel, that is fine. But I don't think I am alone in feeling like the communication channels failed. I didn't receive an email, text, or phone call, saw nothing on the CHELC website or on Channel 11's website.
