Funny, my mom is a card carrying member of the Republican Women, and even my Wii fit says I lean left (but only a little). For my money the only difference between us is that I believe both major parties are controlled by major interests that do not care very about individuals, but care a great deal about maintaining their positions of power/influence . . . but the Democrats do a better job of making it look more like they care about individuals and less about enriching themselves and their supporters (supporters sounds better than cronies, doesn’t it?).
