So it really isn’t all that “hotter”.

Maybe if the questions were phrased around “how do we make Decatur an arts mecca?” people would be more inspired. “Help us plan!” isn’t really much of a William Wallace-type rallying cry.

Let’s not leave the impression that this city cares more about railroad crossings than its future as the arts mecca of Georgia.
