Its fat free and the fresh fruit and nut toppings are perfect for a low fat/heart healthy diet. And.. it is just absolutely yummy!!! The owners, and their families, are also lovely people and a tremendous asset to the Decatur Community. Kindred spirit! Very tasty. I had not had this style of frozen yogurt before, I liked it a lot. It isn't yogurt pretending to be ice cream, it's its own thing. People are saying it's healthy but I didn't see any nutrition information. The place is kind of austere but the people there were very friendly. I'll be back. Maybe today.
