“A pedestrian was walking westbound across Commerce toward the Maloof Building, he left the crosswalk, and walked across 2 southbound lanes on Commerce Drive. As the driver completed the turn, the driver’s view of the pedestrian was obstructed by Commerce Drive’s northbound vehicles and the pedestrian was hit. The pedestrian did not complain of any injury but was transported to the hospital.”
