Last I heard the initial phase 1 of this will be completed by the end of this year with Temporary Landscaping in place to hide the enormous hole in the earth left behind for the rest of the project. Here’s my question – with so much uncertainty in the market and many companies supposedly “signed on” for this project, which ones are still on board to be opening with Phase 1? Does anyone know which of these will still be on board with the TOWN project? i.e. Publix, LA Fitness, Cobb Movies, Atkins Park, San Fran Coffee, etc…???
