It may cost the taxpayers billions more in overhead and indirect and inflated charges but hey, at least we&#039;ve reduced the size of government by .00001%  

Just kidding in this particular case.  I think it makes sense to use a camera instead of a whole police officer to monitor an intersection but I do hope we can continue the service at reasonable rates.]]></description>
