Haven’t you heard? Using government contractors and reducing the size of government is the way to go. It may cost the taxpayers billions more in overhead and indirect and inflated charges but hey, at least we’ve reduced the size of government by .00001%

Just kidding in this particular case. I think it makes sense to use a camera instead of a whole police officer to monitor an intersection but I do hope we can continue the service at reasonable rates.
