So, maybe JJ figures she can at least get these short scenes done, then fly back to CA for her brother’s funeral. Tyler Perry’s a very good friend of hers, so she might feel that for his sake, “the show should go on” until final arrangements are in place.

On a cheerier note, now we’ll have to go see the movie when it comes out so we can spot The Grange!
