I actually looked into a few years ago after the law firm moved out. At the time they wanted a little too much for it. It also only had 5 designated parking spots.

Maybe the economy has changed things. I couldn’t make the numbers work.

Still a great space. Might have to replace the Home Depot linoleum that Junor put on the floor.
