House Next to Watershed Finally Has New Tenant

I walked down Ponce with the pup yesterday and noticed that the house that sits next to Watershed, which recently underwent an extensive interior renovation – along with the addition of a wheelchair ramp – finally has a new tenant.

If I remember correctly, the sign reads “Decatur Ponce Preventive Care”.  Haven’t  found any info about it online yet.

Lots of docs moving into the city lately.

    the more docs the better!

    although, we can take that two ways…either they see a place with money with people who are willing to spend…

    or…they see a place with a bunch of sicko’s… 😉

    w/in a hundered yards of each other you can get your back straitened, your eyes checked, and have some preventative care done!

    its all good.
