BTW, why does that neighbor of mine (who rakes leaves only once a year) always do it the day AFTER our pickup day so that the bags sit out on the street for a week, fall over, spill out?

Tomorrow, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving has got to be one of the worst days for yard waste. CoD Sanitation workers not only have to pickup the Wednesday routes, but also Thursday and Friday’s all in one day. Looks like everyone on my street has multiple leaf bags in front tonight. I have 12 myself.
