Apparently, Gwinnett County has broken down early voting by precinct, but not Dekalb and if you look on the SOS website, they never did it for the nearly 20% who voted early in the 2004 election either.

If I had to guess, Decatur probably had a pretty high % of voters who voted early and probably a higher % of early voters voted Democratic than those who voted on election day, if the same patterns for Dekalb County are true in Decatur, so I think you could conservatively (no pun intended) say that Obama’s Decatur numbers were probably closer to 80% if you included all votes.
