I think that number could also have something to do with inventory. In our neighborhood (Ponce Heights), there are not nearly as many homes available as there have been in years past. I think that the same goes for many other neighborhoods in Decatur. The nicer the city gets, the less people can bring themselves to move away — that’s my impression.
