		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m with you - rising gas prices are, on net, not a big issue for Decatur homeowners.  They actually drive up the value of our properties relative to alternatives, and leave us with far more purchasing power than our suburban counterparts. 
 
Of course, all of that is really just a nice bonus for living here.  The lifestyle is the thing! ]]></description>
