My polling place, located in Midtown Atlanta, was very quiet when I voted after work yesterday. I expected a long line, but to my surprise there were very few people around. When I arrived at work today, I spoke with several Decaturites who said that their polling locations had long waits. I wish that Fulton County residents were as motivated to vote as people who live in Dekalb County.

It is interesting to see the difference in Dekalb and Fulton County voter turnouts, but I’m not surprised that more Dekalb County residents were more active at the polls.
