		<description><![CDATA[Just one small clarification: Decatur doesn&#039;t have Design Standards. We have Design Guidelines, which are not enforceable. City regs do have teeth, however, as it applies to the building&#039;s relationship to the street and your images clearly show the vast superiority of a building on the sidewalk vs. a building in a parking lot. As for style, though, we&#039;ll just have to let the traditionalists and the modernists duke it out.
