We have Design Guidelines, which are not enforceable. City regs do have teeth, however, as it applies to the building’s relationship to the street and your images clearly show the vast superiority of a building on the sidewalk vs. a building in a parking lot. As for style, though, we’ll just have to let the traditionalists and the modernists duke it out.
