  1. It is hoped that builders/developers will make even a modicum of advancement in keeping their voluntary ecology program. They have been given a chance at self-regulation, which, unfortunately, they have failed in doing. If they are unable to craft an appropriate way forward, the people, through government, & other means & organizations, will be forced to regulate their behavior, which has been pretty appealing so far.

  2. Thanks Ms. Cavaliers. I enjoyed reading two articles, Design Trends Over and Oldest Net Zero Home. In Design Trends, my experience in the flip biz is that recess lights are the way to go. It’s also helpful if you use the services of a “lighting designer” at the start of the project, someone with a flair for deciding where recess lighting and standard devices work best. In Net Zero Home, the good ladies of Roswell believe that a $200,000 tech roof will save money in the long run. Well maybe but if it was my money, or a just a regular homeowner, a better bet would be a standard roof. Still, an interesting idea.
    Keep up the good work.
