Apparently it’s National Burger Day?  (Who comes up with these things?)

So let’s spend a moment and talk about our current favorite burgers in the Atlanta metro.  Where do you get yours??

  1. The burger at General Muir is divine. Also, enjoyed the lamb sliders at Del Frisco’s.

I hear One Eared Stag has a yummy burger but I may need to fast to prepare.

  2. Oakhurst Market sells a brisket bacon burger to take home to grill yourself. Best bang for the buck IMHO.

    1. This has long been my go-to for best burger in town (the burger so good it warrants its own stand in PCM). But I wouldn’t be surprised if there was something better that I just hadn’t tried yet.

  3. Big fan of the one at Pinewood. Not sure if they still do it, but they used to sell it for $5 between 3-5 pm M-F.

  4. The Pinewood happy hour burger is amazing, especially for $5.

I’m partial to the “Sublime Doughnut Burger” at Cypress St Pint and Plate in midtown.
