Congratulations to Captain now Chief Richards!
Yes, congratulations! And please, stay in touch!
A big congratulations chief Richards hope we still get to see you at all the festivals.
This is great. Congratulations! Well deserved
Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. He is instrumental in helping us with our DPD festival needs!
Congratulations Deputy Chief Richards. Impressive bio but for me, the most important part is the last line. All of our officers, here in Decatur and throughout Georgia, are not robocops. They are just like you and I except they put their lives on the line every twelve hour shift. Deputy Chief Richard is part of that thin blue line. He and all officers deserve our strong support.
