  1. Does their data set end halfway through Decatur or do we simply go from being super charming to not at all charming simply by crossing Church Street?

    1. Very strange definition for charm since the north and west of Decatur has a disproportionate amount of suburban brick, asbestos shingle, and colonial while the east and south has more of the craftsman and Victorian charm, not to mention sidewalks.

    2. You can feel it, can’t you, when walking east along PdL? A chill rises, the birds stop singing, an existential dread seeps into your soul…

    3. Also, isn’t that a big patch of green right around the Clairmont/N. Decatur intersection? Charming is not exactly the first word that comes to my mind.

  2. Funny how the home highlighted in the AJC article (on Adair) is twice referenced as close to Oakhurst Elementary, but is actually zoned for Westchester.

    1. Dang we are in the yellowish charm zone guess we are prince kinda charming sorta with yellow teeth and need a shave
