  1. Is rent in Atlanta getting so far out of control that a micro-unit with less than 400 square feet can actually rent out over $1,000? How is that possible?

    1. Atlanta was just ranked the 14th priciest rental market in the country.

    2. When I heard that story on the radio this morning, my first thought was the same. When I moved to ATL, I rented a two bedroom, two bath 1,200 SF apartment for about $615. Then I remembered that was almost 20 years ago!
