Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe Puts Up Signage Downtown; Check Out the Menu
Decatur Metro | July 31, 2015 | 9:45 amWhile there’s still no buildout action INSIDE the streetfront retail along West Ponce, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe hang their signage late yesterday.
Well this seems like as good a time as any to check out their menu!
A menu at a neighboring franchise location up in Sandy Springs shows the new cafe will likely feature a variety of gyros, greek and Mediterranean salads, chicken, pork and lamb dinners for 4 and sandwiches. Check it out!
I know that we aren’t supposed to slam new businesses based on their signage. We should welcome them and give them a chance. But, goddamnit, it’s TZATZIKI! If you name your restaurant after a food but spell it wrong, my OCD ass will never be able to eat there!
I’m betting that you aren’t a big fan of T’kila Mexican Food down the street? 😉
You have no idea. I sometimes detour down North Decatur on my way home just to avoid that sign. Ugh.
Thank you!! So it’s not just me ..
And it’s not just me! You can’t even Google “Taziki” without getting either news about the franchise or “Showing results for tzatziki”
Let’s not rush to judgment. Maybe it’s a family name.
Nope. The owner’s name is Keith Richards. True story, if you believe their website. Probably adds brown sugar to his tzatziki. So many problems here.
“Our food is so addicting, you’ll need a blood change”
“Wild, wild, horses can’t drag you away from our gyros”
You can’t always get what you want – unless you want a Lam K’bob!
LOL
You can always get sticky fingers.
