Erica Jong To Headline 10th Annual Decatur Book Festival

Erica Jong, author of the ground-breaking novel Fear of Flying, published in 1973, will deliver the keynote address for the 2015 AJC DBF. She will be interviewed by author Roxane Gay, kicking off the 10-year mile marker at the Schwartz Performing Arts Center at Emory University on Friday, Sept. 4, at 8 p.m.
Jong comes to the AJC DBF launching her novel Fear of Dying, a sequel to Fear of Flying that is a hilarious, searingly honest and heart-wrenching story about what happens when one woman steps reluctantly into the afternoon of life.
