In regards to rents, I’ve seen brianc and Junderscore post here that rents in Decatur are on par with all the other places in the metro where people actually want to live but I’d never seen it laid out quite this way. If the map’s accurate, looks like we can lay off Decatur as the poster child for out of control rents. Market rate is market rate.
