There was a “Detour <–" sign on that sign at one point. I still don't get it, as South Candler is 180 degrees from this direction…
It has to do with the Trinity Triangle construction, which at one time completely blocked Howard between Church and Trinity/Candler but the bike path on Howard was re-opened. I agree it’s really confusing.
