Decatur Police report that the “suspect in the carjacking cases that occurred on 3/10/15 in the 100 block of Lockwood Terrace and on 3/16/15 in the 200 block of East Ponce de Leon Avenue is in custody.”
Decatur Police obtained an arrest warrant for the 15 year-old suspect from Atlanta back on April 10th.
