  1. I’m excited about the Kensington MARTA development, as well as the Avondale MARTA development. I live between the two stations, but closer to Kensington. I certainly hope that this development will improve the security & “feel” of the area, as right now I’d much rather walk the extra 2 miles to the Avondale station rather than take the risk of walking the very sketchy 1/2 mile to Kensington.
