What’s Your Favorite Pixar Film?

It’s a rather dreary, rainy Monday.  The perfect occasion for a lighter and more cheerful topic!

What’s your favorite Pixar film?  What are your children’s favorites?

  1. Wow–this is hard, considering that I LOVE almost all of the Pixar flix. Hmmmmm…OK, here goes:

First would have to be “Up” (that opening sequence had me bawling 10 minutes into the movie, plus there’s Dug–loved him to bits); then, “Toy Story 3” (especially how they all held onto each other when it looked like it was curtains for them at the dump incinerator). Coming in a close 3rd: “The Incredibles”.

Have been a huge Pixar fan ever since their first “Toy Story”; there’s very little they haven’t done right with their films. True animation artistes!

  2. I agree that it is a difficult decision. I think I would have to say “Up” with “Wall-E” as a close second. Am looking forward to “Inside Out”, which looks promising.

  3. My favorite are Wall-E, Up, & Finding Nemo. My son’s favorite are Monsters Inc, Monsters University, and Up.

    1. Seconded. If any movie was worthy of a sequel, it was “The Incredibles.” I swear I saw that four times in theaters.

  4. Up. I had recently lost my husband and this movie was the story of my sadness, too. It is near and dear to my heart even these many years later.

  5. Ratatouille, followed by The Incredibles. Up had the greatest opening sequence of any film ever. TS2 and Monsters Inc. made me cry which, as I get older, is no major accomplishment.

  6. Toystory- all three and a sentimental favorite because of how much my first son loved Buzz. And Incredibles. Love them all though.
