Google Fiber Coming to Atlanta, Decatur and Avondale

UPDATE V: Comcast has provided their viewpoint on Google Fiber’s Atlanta announcement…

It seems all but certain that Google’s pending 1p press conference in Midtown will announce Google Fiber is coming to Atlanta.

The Wall Street Journal has already made the call.

But in case you need more certainty, here’s the current scene in Charlotte, NC, another of the cities on the verge of an announcement, courtesy of WSOC’s Jenna Deary via Twitter.   More when we know it.
