After closing for a day early last month for “construction on the back stairs,” Community Q on Clairmont Road will again be closing for construction. A sign posted on the restaurant’s front door states that they will be closed January 4th through January 8th for “construction,” and will reopen on January 9th at 11AM.

Love Community Q BBQ. Great smoky flavor and not fatty/greasy. Try keeping leftovers in the frig and when it’s cold, you’ll see. Very little congealed fat in the container. Not true with others like Fox Brothers. And the sides are awesome too.
Went there for dinner tonight–very good! These guys are big supporters of the Druid Hills Youth Sports–Little League at Medlock. Glad to see the place packed tonight…
