  2. I saw him take that picture this morning around 8:30. Figured he was an Artisan resident gathering evidence for a lawsuit.

    1. Naah. My view at the Artisan doesn’t look that way 🙂 And it is all zoning compliant, if only the workers would observe the noise ordinance. The harder part was dealing with the dog while taking the picture!
