Aaaaand TAKE THAT you road work?
As a resident of that area and a driver on Church Street, I would like the city to clean up the mess that it created at the swimming pool/park. The broken poles, faded road signs, and general ugliness need to be rethought and redone. It is not fair for the city to ugly up a stretch of road and its neighboring properties.
I just drove through that section and only saw 5 “broken poles”.
If you have a suggestion for a better way to do what the poles and turtles do, I’m sure they’d be glad to hear it. Maybe massive concrete barriers?
Even in Hell, there’s road construction. Or maybe ESPECIALLY in Hell.
Take 2: The road to Hell is paved.
