Will they eat fire ants?
shouldn’t that be a skunk…
Anteater walks into a bar. Bartender says “What can I get ya, fella? You look like a whiskey guy.” Anteater says, “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooOOOooooooooOOOOOOOOooo”
Bartender says, “Hmmm. Well how about tequila?”
Anteater says, “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooOOOooooooooOOOOOOOOooo”
Bartender says, “Well, then can I get you a beer?”
Anteater says, “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooOOOooooooooOOOOOOOOooo”
Bartender says, “Why the long nose?”
If I’m going to make a joke about any body part I pick my nose.
Anyone know anything about this? I saw the guy driving around in a van putting these up all around the village. I think they’re all different. The one at the Oakview/Mead intersection looks like a monkey/lemur? Are you “allowed” to post stuff like this? Not that I care particularly.
It appears sanctioned. If this embed link works, you should see a FB post from the Tourism folks:
(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs); }(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

“Anyone know anything about this? ” — If so, I hope they keep quiet. A little mystery is fun!
Art.
Your Inner Fish.
Cute. Illegal but cute.
I think it’s sanctioned. It’s being promoted on the Visit Decatur Facebook page.
Fishbone is the artist and it’s city sponsored.
As if No Smoking on the sidewalks signs were not enough.
I was under the impression that nothing can be attached to telephone poles with nails, screws, etc. Makes it difficult for the phone repair guys.
Seriously? When was the last time you saw someone actually climb a telephone pole? 1970? They use cherry pickers now…
Also: it’s a temporary street art exhibit sanctioned by the city.
I love Larry’s art and I am happy that we live in a city that appreciates art!

Studies show that fake regulatory signs take a driver’s focus off of the road and make the area unsafe for pedestrians.
Perhaps the amusing “fake” signs will distract the drivers from their phones and at least get their attention closer to the road. 😉
You can come up with statistics to prove anything, forty percent of all people know that!
There’s an octupus sign outside the tunnel from Balllet to Agnes Scott.
Studies also show that laughter is the best medicine.
Those studies are laughable.
And therefore those studies are the best medicine.
