Been getting lots of folks pointing to this recent Winnona Park rehab featured over the last few days on the New York Times website.
Take a look!

Thank you so much for posting this! In my 17 years here I’ve always admired this house. It reminded me of something you’d see in the French countryside. I’m so happy to finally get a peek inside. I’m a devotee to the NY Times real estate pages and I’m not sure how I missed this one. Thanks again!
I have always been curious about this house as well. Very nice.
Gorgeous. Going through our own major renovation of a 1920s house right now, but I doubt it’s going to land us in the Times. 😉
$550,000 purchase price. $850,000 renovation.
Holy poop, that’s a lot of cash. But the end result sure is nice.
Renovation/restoration ain’t cheap, but it sure is worth it.
