Report: Heavy Equipment Hauler Gets Stuck on Railroad Tracks at McDonough
Decatur Metro | October 9, 2012Julie writes in…
This morning around 8:30, my husband witnessed a heavy equipment hauler (empty) get stuck on the tracks. He says that as it was crossing at McDonough, the connection between the cab/truck and the empty bed looked like it snapped and the bed went down on the tracks. He called 911. Police arrived shortly after.
The driver should have known better.
Ok, so it’s not quite the same as that gawdawful Denzel Washington train flick or Nell Fenwick being tied to the railroad tracks by Snidely Whiplash, but I’ll take it .
And then along came Jones.
